Offset Project Development
How do we work with clients

KS3 works with the local Ministry of Defense or Offset Organization to understand the objectives and requirements

Conducts a road map of the desired Technologies and where they exist around the globe, presents a number of technology concept proposals to the Government Offset Organization

Conducts the legal due diligence, licensing and Intellectual property requirements. Structures the desirable Offset Project Proposal in agreement with the Offset Organization

Client submits the offset project proposal. After formal agreement that the desired offset project is acceptable and providing all Credit Values and Milestones have been mutually agreed.

Upon final Approval of the Offset Project, KS3 along with its Technology Partners, execute the project at zero risk to its clients.

Upon official receipt of the Offset Milestone Approval from the Government Offset Organization to KS3’s client, KS3 then invoices its clients.

The Client only will make payment for irrevocable Offset Credits and only after receiving the official Offset Milestone Approval from the Govt Offset Organization
